Hey! It’s Kristen!

Growing up in the home of a breeder, I have always had a love for dogs. My Mom raised Golden Retrievers for most of my childhood. When I was hired at The Resource Center as an art instructor, I began to bring “Faith” my black lab in. Right away, I noticed that having my dog in the room changed the atmosphere in the art room. Intrigued by the enormous difference, I began to research service dogs and the qualifications they would need. I have been breeding for over 10+ years and training dogs now for the last 20+ years and love it. I have become a behavior specialist for dogs and work with owners and rescues, training people how to work with dogs of all breeds and backgrounds. With my interest in training service dogs, I have been breeding Petite or Miniature Golden Retrievers, and Mini Golden Doodles. Petite and Miniature Golden Retrievers are a hybrid, similar to the goldendoodles. These pups look just like a small golden retriever. This gives a great temperament and small size, but also some hypoallergenic and decreased shedding traits. Calling them goldendoodles would be misleading. They have a high percentage of golden retriever and a small percentage of poodle to create a great service dog or family pet. These pups rage between 25 and 45 pounds full-grown. If you have interest in dog training or purchasing a Petite or Miniature Golden, please message me.
